CANCELLATION POLICY: If you need to cancel or reschedule your massage appointment, we kindly ask for a 24 hour notice. By giving us this notice, it allows us to fill the appointment time with another client. If a 24 hour notice is not provided, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 50% of your service amount.
NO SHOW POLICY: If you do not show up to your scheduled appointment, you will be responsible for paying 50% of your service amount.
LATE POLICY: If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start your session. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the full cost of your session. Out of respect and consideration for your therapist and other clients, please plan accordingly and be on time.
There are no refunds given on services provided by Lotus Revival.
No refunds permitted for gift cards. Gift cards cannot be used towards the purchase of other gift cards. The value on gift cards will not be replaced if the card is lost, stolen, destroyed or altered.
Lotus Revival reserves the right to refuse services for any reason.
